Masterpiece Vacuum(Ion) Plating Limited is a Hong Kong 鈥揵ased processing enterprise, specialized in vacuum ion plating. We can provide the vacuum ion plating and wet plating of high quality watches, jewelry, small hardware, hardware phone shell accessories. Our headquarter is in Hongkong and has two factoriesin China Mainland. Masterpiece Vacuum (Ion) Plating is located in Pingdi, Shenzhen. It is specialized offer vacuum ion plating process service for customer. the other factory is Pingshan New District Lixin Products (Shenzhen) Ltd., specializing in providing customers with water plating processing services.
We have totally 12,000 sq. meters of production plant, with management staffs, technical staffs and skillful workers over 300. We have domestically leading automatic cleaning production line, we also own several the latest and advanced ion plating machine, the top quality function inspection room. We are equipped with X-ray thickness gauge, Microhardness tester,Ball crater device(ASDC), Metallographic microscope(LISS), CM-2600D spectral instrument and so on.
Our company have senior engineers,senior technicians of ten person, besides we also employ some professional consulting professors and establish research department with main customer in new product development. Our company introduce the advance production technology, with the modern metal surface membrane technology as the core, we can do vacuum ion plating process of all kinds of metal surface.
Our vacuum ion plating service including Swiss standard IPG 1N14 color, IPG2N18 color, IP rose gold, IP light gold, IP steel, IP brown (coffee color), IP red, IP blue, IP black, IP gun metal, IP two-tones coating, IP hard mask; For wet plating, we have 18K gold plating, 23K gold plating, PDP, RHod, heavy layer IP gold and so on.

In 2007, MVIP was formally established with 2 vacuum coating machines and 10 people. Mainly providing coating for the watches and hardware accessories.

In 2011, company entered a rapid growth period, and the factory was expanded and relocated. The number of employees increased to 150, and the number of vacuum coating machines increased to 8, become the stable supplier of famous brands as Rossini, Swarovski and DK.

In 2014, company comprehensively carried out technological innovation and transformation, obtained two international patents as IP rose gold and IP hard mask coating, and a metal technology patent. The vacuum coating machine has beenincreased to 15 units.
